This is a real test of CC operating browser via CDP.

If you see this in Substack drafts, the proxy chain works end-to-end:

1. CDP Chrome launched (port 9222)

2. Playwright connect_over_cdp

3. Open Substack publish page

4. Pre-fill title + body via clipboard paste

User only clicks “Publish” (legal moment).
